Returns + Exchanges
Items with original tags attached and a sales receipt may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or in-Store credit ONLY. A store credit never expires and can be used anytime. Items that have been worn, used, or are not in its original packaging are not eligible for return. Seasonal Items can only be exchanged before the end of that holiday season. We really appreciate your business and thank you for choosing to shop with us at Gathered-Roots. This policy ONLY applies for online purchases. In-store purchases are final sale. As shown at the check-out counter and on your receipt. ALL sale or clearance items are final sale.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.
- Returns must be post marked within 7 (seven) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 7 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
- Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of damage & have original tags attached.
- Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the email address you have on file.
- Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- All holiday items must be exchanged during that holiday season. No exceptions.
